This is the third release in a series of albums by the legendary neo-psychedelic band the Eastern Syndrome from Magadan. The record is a collection of the best and the most memorable tracks from the first two albums released by the label, with the addition of rare versions and unique bonus tracks. The whole material was remastered and edited, and the bonus tracks, never previously released, were meticulously restored. The title track, “Celt,” is the most outstanding and powerful composition in the whole history of Russian psychedelia, and this album features the remix edition of “Celt,” created by one of the surviving members of the band. The group was one of the rarest, absolutely original and relevant projects of the Russian and Soviet rock; its music was advanced, distinguished by the quality and complexity of sound. The band ceased to exist because of the death of its key members

Альбом Кельт, посвящённый памяти основателей и основных авторов группы, представляет из себя сборник самых лучших и запоминающихся композиций ,выбранных из первых двух альбомов, изданных Trail Records в 2008 и 2010 годах, с добавлением редких версий, уникальных бонус треков и ремиксов. В нью-йоркской студии нашего звукооператора был произведён мастеринг и редактирование всего материала и тщательная реставрация бонус треков, ранее никогда не издававшихся.Название альбома-сборника дано по заглавному треку Кельт , выдающейся и сильнейшей композиции за всю историю российской рок психоделии.В альбом включён его ремикс вариант , над созданием которого работал один из музыкантов Восточного Синдрома. Для оформления обложки альбома была выбрана картина М.Старостина - известного художника из Якутии, которая удачно вписалась по стилю и эстетике группы, и была одобрена самими музыкантами.
Восточный Синдром был редчайшим и оригинальным явлением российской рок музыки, отличался неординарностью мышления, сюрреалистичными текстами, парадоксальными и загадочными гармониями, мрачным музыкальным колоритом.
